Feared of becoming a victim?

Many crimes have been reported, stories of people who have been raped, robbed, and killed. It is very important that we are aware of this present crime situation. Who hasn’t feared becoming one of these victims?

According to Bureau of Justice Statistics at the U.S. Department of Justice the crime percentage has been dropped from 52.3 incidents in 1981 to 21.1 in 2004 this applies to big cities and small towns. This is a sudden drop of crime rate because of the vigilant people who do help prevent possible crime. This is a big help to the society, these people are aware of what is happening and what will happen to them if they don’t take such necessary actions. Everyone can help your society and yourself. Reporting unusual actions of people in your community is the best way to help. Run a background check on them especially those who are new to your community. Never ever give your full trust to anyone especially those you have just met. Be aware of what is happening to your community.

All of this is just simple advice; more of this is your initiative to do. Don’t be a victim!
